Disciplinary Proceedings
|
|
| J.B Randolph recognizes that a practitioner’s
license is its best asset and has assisted many of its
clients on preventive disciplinary issues and has
represented them in actual disciplinary proceedings before
their relevant boards. Disciplinary proceedings cripple a
provider with the fear of losing his or her livelihood. The
firm has spent countless hours on any given year following
every aspect and development of board rulings, decisions,
regulation proposals and even meetings. The firm’s expertise
in this area focuses on a client’s needs, if he or she has
to face disciplinary charges, to be effectively defended
while the client continues to maintain, depending on the
charges, his or her routine activities. |
