Institutional Representation
|
|
| This is an area that has come to occupy a special place
in our health care practice as a result of recent
developments in the law. J.B and Randolph is official
counsel to the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC).
The firm also represents some smaller organizations,
especial medical practices. Thus, the firm has been active
in counseling organizations on broad issues affecting the
medical community as whole such as class actions around the
country, legislative affairs, scopes of practices, and broad
regulatory concerns and developments. For instance, Jeffrey
Randolph, Esq. has been instrumental in advising
chiropractors on the impact of bringing together smaller,
regional chiropractic organizations into the present
statewide organization, in helping shape and draft pending
legislation to enlarge the chiropractic scope of practice,
and in participating in key seminars to bring the awareness
of the devastating effects of fraud litigation and audits.
J.B Randolph understands that it is crucial for a
health care firm not only to have the expertise to represent
the interests of individual clients, but also must be in the
position to advance these interests in the context of the
much broader institutional occurrences that affect those
interests. |
