Jeffrey Randolph, Esq. is a founding
partner in the law firm of J.B Randolph, L.L.C.
Mr. Randolph has represented corporate and
individual clients on a variety of substantive
matters primarily focused in the health care law
arena. He is the general legal counsel to the
Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, the State
of New Jersey’s largest chiropractic professional
society consisting of over 1,200 members, and is a
member of the National Association of Chiropractic
Attorneys. In this role, Mr. Randolph counseled the
doctors of chiropractic who unified seven separate
chiropractic professional societies into a single,
unified society, the A.N.J.C., and remains its sole
legal counsel. Mr. Randolph is former legal counsel
to the New Jersey Chiropractic Society. Mr. Randolph
has also participated in drafting proposed
legislation to amend the scope of chiropractic
practice in New Jersey and has filed multiple
petitions for rule making with New Jersey
Professional Boards. |

Mr. Randolph is a contributing
author to the quarterly publication, the “New Jersey
Chiropractor” and has recurring columns, “Legal
Ease” and “Legal Q&A” in addition to special
articles in the publication. Mr. Randolph has
lectured nationally on a variety of issues in health
care law, including post-payment audits, health care
compliance, appeal of major medical insurance
claims, New Jersey PIP law, and health care coding
issues. Mr. Randolph has had published in the Seton
Hall Journal of Sports Law a case note article on
trademark and copyright infringement under state and
federal law and served as a judge for the John J.
Gibbons National Moot Court Competition.
Before forming J.B Randolph, L.L.C., Mr.
Randolph was a judicial intern for the Honorable
Sybil R. Moses, Presiding Judge, Civil Division, of
the Bergen County Superior Court and also held
positions with the Environmental Protection
Agency-Office of Regional Counsel and the United
States Attorney’s Office-Special Prosecutions
Division. Mr. Randolph received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Environmental and Business
Economics magna cum laude from Rutgers University
and thereafter received his Juris Doctorate degree
cum laude from Seton Hall School of Law.
Mr. Randolph is admitted to practice law in New
Jersey, New York, the United States Court of Federal
Claims, the United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey and the United States Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a
member of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association,
the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen
County Bar Association and the National Organization
of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. |
